We traveled to the coasts of Córdoba to bring you San Antero, a chocolate bar that captures the magic of where the Sinú River meets the sea. San Antero is synonymous with relaxed beaches, warm breeze, and the natural richness of its mangroves. We wanted to bottle that freshness and freedom into a chocolate, and there was only one way to do it: with a touch of Sea Salt. It's not just an ingredient; it's the very essence of the coast. The sea salt crystals enhance and awaken cacao's deep notes, creating a sweet-salty contrast that's surprising and absolutely delicious. It's like feeling the sea breeze in every bite.
