Domestic and International Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Mocán, our commitment is to bring the freshness of Córdoba's cacao straight to your doorstep.

National Coverage: We ship across Colombia through partner courier services.

• Delivery Times: Montería and Córdoba: 1 to 2 business days.

                             Main Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

                             Other Municipalities / Towns: Up to 8 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $100,000 COP. Note: Delivery times begin on the business day following payment confirmation.

International Coverage: Terms are subject to prior quote and mutual agreement between parties.

• Delivery Times: Estimated upon prior negotiation; timeline may vary due to customs procedures beyond MOCÁN's control.

• Shipping Costs: Rates are quoted in COP and do not include tariffs, import taxes, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.  

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package to prevent product exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight upon delivery.
